Royal Air Force Takes Home First-Ever C.O.D.E. Bowl Championship at C.O.D.E. Bowl III

The Call of Duty Endowment (C.O.D.E.) Bowl III has seen the United Kingdom's Royale Air Force team take home its first-ever C.O.D.E. Bowl championship. The team, consisting of Air Specialist (Class 1) Technicians Matthew "Matty" Ingham, Connor "icxy" Fegan, Jamie "Unknown JWG" Griffith, and Corporal Kallum "Kalzony" Johnson, as well as influencer captains James "Spratt" and Kamille "JaffaInc" Jaffer, faced a difficult start to the tournament, placing last after the first two matches with only eight points. However, they managed to make a comeback in the second half, earning nearly 80 points and ultimately surpassing reigning champions Space Force Gaming and Air Force Gaming to take home the trophy.

The C.O.D.E. Bowl III, held in Raleigh, North Carolina, featured teams from military branches in both the United States and the United Kingdom, including the Royal Navy, British Army, and Royal Air Force from the UK, as well as the US Army, Marine Corps Gaming, US Navy, US Air Force, and Coast Guard. Each team was led by two captains from the Call of Duty community.

During the event, teams were split into two Trios for four Mini Battle Royale matches in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0. Points were awarded based on eliminations and squad placement in each of the four matches, with the team with the highest combined score between the two Trios taking home the trophy. In the end, the Royal Air Force won with 87.3 points, followed by Space Force Gaming with 83.5 points and Air Force Gaming with 78.5 points.

In addition to the main tournament, there was also a Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile tournament featuring military teams competing in the game's Blitz Royale mode during its limited-release period.

Congratulations to the Royal Air Force for their win at C.O.D.E. Bowl III, and thank you to all of the participants and viewers of the event. It will be interesting to see how they protect the C.O.D.E Bowl trophy over the coming year. The C.O.D.E. Bowl III wasn't an easy event or tournament. The Royal Air Force had do dig a deep down for them to come out on top in the event. So, a good congratulations is in order. I can't wait to see how the next C.O.D.E. Bowl event is going to hold up and which team would likely win it.
