Bungie, the developer of the popular game Destiny 2, has announced that all standard armor mods will be unlocked for all players starting this week. The move comes in preparation for the "big changes" coming to the game's buildcrafting system in the upcoming Lightfall expansion, set to release on February 28th. This means that players will be able to use all the armor mods regardless of whether they have been acquired or not. Additionally, the cost of focusing all Trials of Osiris, Iron Banner, Crucible, and Gambit weapons and armor will be halved starting next week, dropping the price from 50 to 25 Legendary Shards.
The Lightfall expansion is set to bring significant changes to the buildcrafting system, and players can expect more information on this in the upcoming "This Week at Bungie" blog post. The move of unlocking all the standard armor mods will allow players to try out different builds and tailor their experience in-game.
Destiny 2 is a popular first-person shooter game that is played by millions of players worldwide. The game is set in a shared-world environment, and players can team up to complete various activities and challenges. The game's upcoming Lightfall expansion is set to bring new content, weapons, and gear for players to discover and explore.
