Are we getting a season ending event for Chapter 4 Season 3?

If you are a regular player of Fortnite, you will have noticed that we have a device close to the centre of the Fortnite map that has some kind of purple laser light pointing to the sky.

We have not seen things like this on the map for a while and it usually indicates that we may be getting an in-game live event to end the season. 

I for one am hoping that we do get one as we have not had one for a while so it would be great to see one again. 

Do you see us having a season-ending event?
