After a turbulent period with Halo's next phase as a live service game, and a promised revamp of the entire experience with Halo Infinite's recently announced winter roadmap, Bonnie Ross, the founder of 343 Industries and Corporate VP at Xbox Game Studios has announced her departure. The reason for the executive's departure is for purely personal reasons as she had to attend to a family medical issue.

I was actually sad to see Bonnie Ross leave 343 Industries. She's been with them for a long time and I expected them to get things right with the Halo game they were working on. But unfortunately, family comes first and hopefully she's going to back soon when her family is okay.
