If you have watched any live streams on Twitch or even YouTube you will notice that they usually have a bot in the chat that fires out automated messages which can be timers or they can be triggered by a command in the chat such as !hey.

There are quite a few bots to choose from that will work well with your chat when streaming but the most popular ones are Streamlabs Bot, StreamElements Bot, Scorpbot, Nightbot, Firebot, and also MixItUp.

I, when I was doing more live streaming than I do now, went from using Scorpbot to using Nightbot and then to using StreamElements bot and then I finally stuck with MixItUp.

What bot do you use when you live stream?

My friend makes use of MixItUp and he's all full of praise about the bot. I haven't used it but I'm keeping tabs on it and if I eventually get into live streaming, I will most likely make use of MixItUp. Hopefully, it's still going to worth using when it's the time.
