What are your thoughts on team players running off solo in Overwatch?

Team players in Overwatch who tend to go off and try and play solo in the game annoyed me so much. The whole point of Overwatch is that you play as a team to try and gain a victory but when team players leave the team, it can make it really difficult. 

What are your thoughts on players in Overwatch running off and going solo?

Seriously, that's one of reasons why I hate playing games with teammates because most of the time, some teammates do this rubbish and it ends up costing the team. These guys aren't there to help the team. They are just glory hunters and can never work together with others.
