From Battlefield:

Criterion Games, known for Need for Speed, is now working on the Battlefield series. They will be joining EA Entertainment and collaborating with Ripple Effect, Ridgeline, and DICE on future Battlefield projects. However, this does not mean that Criterion has abandoned Need for Speed. Franchise boss Vince Zampella assures fans that work is still being done on the racing series. The details of what comes next for both franchises have yet to be revealed, so stay tuned for updates.

This is interesting. I know many people have not been overly happy with Battlefield releases as of late so I do wonder if Criterion Games now working on Battlefield will change anything with the games in the future.ย
