Back in the day, a family might own only one console and a few games, did you have to share your stuff? Or did you ever lend your games to a friend/family member?

    I always remember if we got a console for say Christmas, it would be one to share with my brothers and we would have to take it in turns. Lending and borrowing games from friends was always something we did quite often and it was a lot of fun also going round to friend's houses to play games we did not have access to.

    Had to share my stuff with my brothers till my teenage years and then I started to swap video games with my cousin who had lots.

    My kid brother had access to all my gaming consoles. He was the only brother I had, so there was no way I would keep everything to myself. He became my playing partner even though he was a lot younger, but he was good at playing.
