Playing with or without headset?

Some gamers really like and enjoy playing their video games out loud but that's not me. I have learnt to appreciate the game's audio and soundtrack more playing with headset than without it. Also, I get distracted easily, so with the headset on, I'm more focused with the distractions most likely cut out.

I don't mind playing with a headset if I am able to and now that my children are older I am able to much more than I used to when they were younger. At the moment I do not have a working headset to use so I just use my TV speakers but I am hoping to be able to get a new headset at some point. Nothing beats playing games like Fortnite with the 3D sound enabled, such an amazing experience.

I almost always play with a headset.  I will be the first to point out that a good headset/headphone is very beneficial to the user, but I mostly wear them as I enjoy Headphones over speakers most of the time and for most things.

I play with my headphones/headset on all the time. I just cannot go without using headphones or a headset on my PC.

That's how it is with me whenever I'm playing any video games too. Even when I play some games on my smartphone, I make use of my airpods too. I appreciate the game's sounds better using headsets.

Definitely with headset. I have speakers but I just don’t feel like I’m getting the true experience unless I have my headset on. It’s probably because I’m used to wearing headphones so much.

I'm not a fan of headsets or ear buds, so I just get a nice sound bar to fill my room with video game sounds!

Depends on the game for me. Something like Fortnite and COD I prefer to have it on, but rocket league I’ll don’t talk on and sound doesn’t help win the game so I just use the speakers
