    I built my PC myself, so custom for me! I think it really depends on you. If you’re into PCs, then custom is the one for you, but if you don’t really care too much about the hardware, then pre-built works just fine.

    I’ve seen many people live stream video games on TikTok. I don’t particularly have an opinion of it. It makes sense and a lot of people watch the streams I guess so it’s working.

    My current monitor is around 21.5 inches which I think is perfect for a small set-up. I used to have a dual set-up so I had 2 monitors but I only use the 1 now which is fine.

    Definitely with headset. I have speakers but I just don’t feel like I’m getting the true experience unless I have my headset on. It’s probably because I’m used to wearing headphones so much.

    The more LEDs, the cooler it looks! 😛 On a serious note though, maybe. I can’t imagine it but too much of anything is probably bad, right?

    I haven’t heard of Amazon Luna until now. It sounds very interesting though. There’s certainly an opportunity in the market for cloud gaming and Amazon could take advantage of it.

    Of all time, there’s lots of contenders, but currently it is Call of Duty: Cold War. It was released for free a little while ago and I have played it a lot with friends.

    Paid games are usually paid for a reason - they’re more developed most of the time, plus they won’t have ads. There are plenty of good, ad-less free games too but paid games for the win!

    My favourite genre is sports. Whether it be a sports ‘action’ game such as FIFA, or even sports simulation games such as Football or Cricket Captain. I enjoy those games too.

    I don’t really play any horror games but I wouldn’t say it’s because I’m afraid of playing them or any game for that matter - I’m a little too mature for that now.

    I think what you are describing is a little something we like to call ‘pay to win’. It’s existed for a long time and will continue to do so, it’s a money maker. For example, FIFA sell FIFA points, which give you in-game advantages, and that is the franchise’s biggest revenue generator.

    I don’t regret playing any game. We, well at least I, play games for fun. Sometimes I don’t have fun, but that doesn’t mean I regret playing the game.

    AI will have a huge influence in most industries in the near future, hopefully a positive one. Worst case scenario, AI takes jobs such as game developer jobs. But of course, as has already been mentioned in this thread, it could create jobs too, such as testing and ethics. Let’s hope it’s the latter.

    Admittedly I have never played a Street Fighter game but the trailer looks amazing. Is the game out yet? If so, how is it? I do like Mortal Kombat so I will probably like Street Fighter too I imagine.

    Not yet. I have played Payday 2 in the past and it was decent, so I might try Payday 3 if I ever get the time. For those of you that have played it, would you recommend it?

    I played the EA Sports FC 24 free trial yesterday. I’ve been contemplating whether to buy the full game but after playing it I’m definitely not buying to at the price it is at right now. The gameplay is way too slow.

    You’re about 7 years late. 😅 Just kidding. I’m sure you could still get into the game. I’ve just played it so much I’m bored of it now.

    I think my idea of a dream setup is the same as yours. Lots of lighting and hardware but most importantly, space!

    I have never played Destiny 2 so I wouldn’t know but there is a mobile game called Clash Royale which gives you a lot of free tiers when you buy their pass.

    A custom Spider-Man controller would be super cool. I don’t think I can afford it or if it something I will buy ever but wouldn’t it be cool? Haha.

    I have a built-in desk in the corner of my room - I was having built-in wardrobes inserted and I asked them to add a desk too. It’s nice although a little small so it’s definitely not my dream desk, but it’s good enough for now.

    Yes, definitely! It brings life to my set-up. Any gaming set-up without LED light is boring to be honest.

    I have a pretty basic office/gaming chair. It swivels which is nice but other than that it is quite basic - but I’ve had it for 4 years now and it is still holding up very well. Recently I’ve been thinking about getting a recliner gaming chair because I prefer to lay back when playing games nowadays. Going to need to save some money up first though!

    I’m someone who tends to take care of his belongings so damage to my controller is never self-inflicted and I don’t replace them very often. I may have replaced my controller once or twice because of stick drift but other than that, I can’t think of anything else.

    That’s a sensible choice but I know that many games will tempt you by adding ‘boosts’ of some kind to the battle pass that would allow you to get the pass completed quicker, and these boosts would be of no use to you if you’ve already maxed the pass.
