  1. Wireless! Surely everyone’s preference is wireless? It gives you the flexibility to be able to move around or sit further back whereas with wired you can only move so far.
  2. I’ve played Minecraft but I hadn’t heard of Minecraft Legends until now. What’s different about it compared to the regular Minecraft? Is it worth getting? Asking for a friend!
  3. 40 years is special. I liked Resident Evil and Street Fighter - they were both incredible, particularly Street Fighter in my opinion. I wish another 40 years for Capcom!
  4. I prefer third person! First person shooter games are also good but I feel like I have more control over what and how much I see in third person - hence I liked games like Fortnite and GTA V a lot.
  5. I don’t collect video games but I collect a lot of other things and now that I think of it, it would be fun to collect video games. Maybe if I can find my old PS2 and Xbox 360 games I’ll start a collection!
  6. I think there has to be a balance. Too much action in a story game kinda defeats the purpose of the story but too much story and not enough action would be very boring and defeat the purpose of ‘playing a game’.
  7. I think I’m a little too old to play Roblox now 😛 I played it a long time ago and while the concept is cool I’ve played so many games like that in the past it doesn’t attract to me.
  8. Nicolas Cage is awesome and any movie or now game to have him is very lucky. This is great news for Dead by Daylight fans. I’m sure he will bring a lot to the role.
  9. I haven’t played Fall Guys in months but after hearing about the addition of Creative I’m tempted to play the game again. Me and my friends really wanted this feature!
  10. How did I only just find out about this now?! Me and my friends wanted this bad when we used to play Fall Guys. Maybe it is a reason to get back into the game. It certainly adds a different element to the game.
  11. Gex Trilogy Remastered and Gex 4 both coming out soon! This must be the dream for Gex fans, haha. I will probably stick to Gex 4 but this also sounds exciting.
  12. I haven’t played Palia but having looked it up it’s giving a very Fortnite vibe graphics wise. Which is never a bad thing! I’m tempted to try it now.
  13. Admittedly I am not a huge Gex fan but I have played the odd game now and then. I may try out Gex 4 when it comes out. Does anyone what is new in the game compared to the old versions?
  14. I would say my favourite car is also the Red Bull R19. Not only is it the best car in actual F1, but also in the game. Talk about being realistic!
  15. Yup! It’s crazy how fast time has flown. I still remember sitting on the school bus downloading the game for the first time and now I’ve just finished a degree.
  16. The thought of "The Simpsons: Hit & Run" making a comeback hits me right in the nostalgia feels. Back in the day, I spent countless hours exploring the quirky streets of Springfield, causing mayhem, and cracking up at the game's humor. It was a delightful blend of the beloved TV show and open-world gaming. If there's a chance for it to return, whether as a remaster or an entirely new adventure, count me in! Revisiting that world with the Simpson family would be like catching up with old friends. I'm all for it, as long as it retains the charm that made the original so special.
  17. Some of my top recommendations would include "Baldur's Gate II: Shadows of Amn" for its epic narrative, "Final Fantasy VII" for its unforgettable characters and world, and "Planescape: Torment" for its philosophical depth. If you're looking for a more recent classic, "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" delivers a modern RPG masterpiece.
  18. Sandbox games have been a significant part of my gaming journey, offering an unparalleled sense of freedom and creativity. Whether it's building elaborate structures in Minecraft, embarking on epic adventures in Skyrim, or exploring the vastness of worlds like Red Dead Redemption, these games have allowed me to shape my own experiences and make each playthrough uniquely mine. The allure of sandbox gaming lies in the boundless possibilities, and it's a genre I continue to find immense enjoyment in.
  19. The question of which Assassin's Creed version is the best is a perennial debate among fans, and it's a topic that's close to the hearts of many gamers, including mine. Each installment in the Assassin's Creed series has brought something unique to the table, from historical settings to gameplay innovations. Personally, I don't think there's a definitive "best" version, as it largely depends on individual preferences.
  20. I don’t have a fixed budget. There have been times when I’ve spent a lot, and I mean A LOT, on in-game purchases but nowadays I don’t really spend much or anything on games anymore.
  21. I actually didn’t know a Wii U existed until I found this thread and I’m sure there are others who didn’t know either. That pretty much sums it up. As someone who follows the gaming industry a lot, if I didn’t even know it existed, it definitely flopped.
  22. Definitely not. Prices are rising and good free-to-play games are becoming rarer. The future is paid, not only in terms of gaming but also life in general. It’s sad but it’s reality.
  23. As someone who's been part of the Fortnite community, it's a significant development. This move reflects the importance of fair and transparent practices in the gaming industry, and I appreciate the steps taken to address any concerns. It's a reminder that player trust and satisfaction are paramount, and I'm curious to see how this refund process will unfold. Kudos to Epic Games for taking responsibility and making amends where necessary.
  24. The news that the Need for Speed studio is now working on Battlefield has left me both surprised and curious. As someone who's enjoyed the high-speed thrills of the Need for Speed franchise and the intense warfare of Battlefield, I'm eager to see how this unexpected transition plays out. It's a testament to the ever-evolving nature of the gaming industry, and I'm looking forward to the innovative gaming experiences that may emerge from this collaboration. Here's to the future of Battlefield taking a fresh and exciting turn!
  25. Sounds exciting. I haven’t had the chance to use a Steam Deck yet but it’s definitely something I want to try one day. Maybe I’ll just try the next one.
