Will you buy a PS5 Pro?

If Sony announces and releases a PS5 pro console, will you trade up or finally buy a PS5 console?

I might finally buy one, though I haven’t bought one in general because of a lack of exclusives, and most of the games I want are got dual PS4 and PS5 releases.

I imagine PS4 games will dry up come 2025, though PS5 games are also releasing on console as well.

I currently have the PS5 with a regular disc drive, so I don't see the need to get the PS5 Pro as my PS5 works great.

I wouldn’t be surprised. I’m not against getting a PS5. I just don’t feel incentivized to get one if they’re doing dual releases for now.

They did the same in the early days of the PS4. It was either dual releases, or “remastered” PS3 games where it ran in 1080P instead of 720P.

A lot of rumors swirling around right now that PS5 pro specs might fully leak this month. It will be intresting to see what Sony is doing with their pro version.

For those who are big PlayStation fans, I would think they are very excited to hear details regarding the PS5 Pro. I am not a big fan of PlayStation so it is not something I would pick up but it will be exciting to see what they will announce for the PS5 Pro.

Yes of course, I would definitely go for it. There's a reason why I'm a big Playstation fan, so there's no way I wouldn't get the best of whatever Sony throws at us as long as I can afford it.

Rumors suggest the pro will launch this year, even though I don't see much of a reason for it.

I only saw the headline, and I can't remember the source so it could be complete nonsense - but it basically suggested that the Pro would be twice as powerful.. I'm not sure how exactly it could be a possibility, given that future game releases would still surely have to be compatible with the original PS5 hardware.. 🤔

In answer to the question though, probably not. I've hardly played my PS5.. I still have many PS4 games that I'd like to play through.
